You can now use Folder2Junction to move files to TrueCrypt volumes. If you chose to use TrueCrypt over TrueCrypt LITE you will not need NTFS junction points when using Folder2Junction.
You can use Folder2Junction to move files and folders. Folders that have children items will be moved to their new location automatically. For empty folders, you can move them manually. You can choose to create NTFS junction points when you move a folder to a new location or not. The latter method is the recommended option because the former method produces unnecessary junction points in the system. It’s better to have a few junctions than thousands of them.
Note that for TrueCrypt volumes, if you choose to use them over TrueCrypt LITE, you will not need NTFS junction points. TrueCrypt LITE and TrueCrypt are different applications with different features. The latter is designed for security reasons. Both applications are free and both do not support partition encryption. Note that you can install a TrueCrypt password.
Folder2Junction is designed to be used in conjunction with a TrueCrypt volume. If you choose to use a TrueCrypt volume without a TrueCrypt password and you install Folder2Junction, the folders in a TrueCrypt volume will be
