I need to write a function that takes a 4×4 matrix and an integer and a new 4×4 matrix.
The function need to do the following:
1. multiply the given matrix by a integer matrix and then
add to the resulting matrix a 4×4 matrix that has all the matrix
elements initialized to 1
(i.e, if the given matrix is of order 4×4,
then the resulting matrix of order 4×4, will
have values that are (a,0,0,0) a,b,c,d where a,b,c,d are integers that
are the elements of the given matrix)

The multiplication is easy to do as follows:
1. I need to multiply a 4×4 matrix by a 4×4 matrix so that i can extract the product.

Initiate METS Viewer and Editor:

1. Click on File and then on Open. You will see the Open dialog.

2. If you would like to open a specific resource from a URL, enter the URL.

3. If you would like to open a specific resource from a folder, enter the directory path.

4. Choose your preferred file extension. It is recommended to enter *.wml to open the WML format.

5. Click Open or, if you have not already, choose File -> Open to open the root file containing the metadata for the resource.

6. Choose the structure map for which you would like to enter metadata. This structure map can have one or more levels.

7. If you would like to enter metadata for more than one resource, click on Browse.

8. Depending on the structure map (1 or more levels), the tree will be displayed. Select the root of the structure map, i.e. the top-level node.

9. Click on Back.

10. Click on the “Structural” tab.

11. Click on Book or Serial.

12. Enter the record information for the resource.

13. Click on Save or, if you would like to save the information for the resource, click on Submit.

14. If you would like to save the information for more than one resource, click on Browse and choose the root of the other structure map.

15. Click on Back.

16. Click on the “Metadata” tab.

17. Click on the field you would like to enter the information.

18. Click on Back.

19. Repeat steps 16-18 until you have entered all the information for each resource.

20. Click on Submit.

21. If you would like to view the information for the resource, you will need to select the checkbox next to the resource.

22. If you would like to save the information for the resource, you will need to select the checkbox next to the resource.

23. Click on Submit.

24. Click on Close.
