This is the most popular photo editing application in the industry. It is specially designed for creating high-quality images by removing all unwanted objects in your image. It will make your photo look like it was edited by a professional. You will have to pay $39.99 for Photoscape, but that is a one time purchase and after that you can use it forever.

2. BetterColors

This plugin for Photoshop Elements allows you to correct color issues in your photo. It will remove unwanted colors from your image. You can use it on the entire image or only on selected areas. You can also apply the colors in several ways: super-imposed, invert colors, restore original colors, remove specific colors and saturate colors.

How to use:

You can apply it on your entire image, selected areas or apply it to a specific spot. Just press the plus (+) and the colors are applied automatically.

3. Guided Edit

It is a standalone plugin for Photoshop Elements. Guided Edit is one of the most useful tools for beginners and pro photographers. Just input any amount of points and you will have a guided perspective of your photo. You can move the points, rotate them, cut, paste, even collapse and expand areas. You can also adjust the color, saturation or contrast of the selected point.

Will Granite Run Bumper Sticker Work?

A Virginia man has come up with a winning business plan to make bumper stickers advertising his company.

“Hi, this is Granite Run Bumper Sticker. If you’re happy and you know it, let me see your bumper,” the bumper sticker says.

KRTU TV reporter Melissa Evans caught up with David Slater, the man behind Granite Run Bumper Sticker, on Wednesday. Evans says he can’t believe his little company is selling bumper stickers nationwide.

“The whole idea of me sitting in my basement making bumper stickers, I really thought people would laugh at me,” Slater said.

Funny thing is that’s not the reaction he’s getting.

“When I made my first bumper sticker, it was two pagers. I made about 100 and I started selling them,” Slater said.

Even local politicians are buying in.

“I asked Senator Warner, ‘Well, Granite Run Bumper Sticker, what do you think of that?’ He said, ‘I love it,’ ” Slater said.

If you want to duplicate a selection you have made on an image you can use the Duplicate Layer function from the Edit menu.
If you want to create a new layer, right-click and select New from the menu. If you want to move an existing layer, right-click and select Move to get the option to select a new position for the layer. You can then click OK in the menu to move the layer.

The Spot Healing Brush is used to repair problematic areas of an image. It works by copying the colour of surrounding areas to fill in the spot you have selected.
If you want to copy and paste the contents of one layer to another, right-click and select Copy or press Control-C. The Selections panel displays the individual layers, and you can select any layer. Now you can press Control-V to paste it somewhere else.

To reorder your layers, right-click and select Arrange Layers. This puts the top layer at the top of the layer stack. You can also drag the layers to change their order.
You can export your own image in Photoshop. To do this, select it and click File. Then, in the File menu, click Export. You can choose File format, Quality, Output size, whether to embed the file in the Photoshop ZIP file, and more.
